The PGA Championship has only just concluded, but attention is quickly turning to the US Open at Oakmont.
And final stage qualifying for the US Open has now taken place, immediately after Scottie Scheffler won the PGA Championship.
Scheffler finished on 11-under at Quail Hollow, claiming his first PGA Championship win and third major championship win.
The world number one triumphed by five shots, with Bryson DeChambeau, Davis Riley and Harris English all tying for second.
Scheffler won without playing his best golf, with the American now aiming to clinch another win at Oakmont next month.

Sergio Garcia fails to qualify for US Open at Oakmont
But a handful of high-profile players will not be taking on the US Open, having failed to make the cut in qualifying.
And among them was Sergio Garcia, who shot 65 and 71 in Dallas, with his six-under not good enough to make the US Open.
Garcia, who won The Masters in 2017, will now see his run of 25 consecutive US Open appearances come to an end.
The Spaniard finished T12 at the 2024 US Open as his fellow LIV Golf star DeChambeau came out on top.
Talor Gooch withdraws from US Open qualifying before finishing
Rasmus Neergaard-Petersen finished top of the pile in Dallas, with James Hahn and Adam Schenk tying for second.
But there was further LIV Golf disappointment, with Talor Gooch failing to qualify after withdrawing with three holes remaining.
Gooch has three LIV Golf wins to his name, which helped him top the LIV Golf money list in the 2024 season.
The Smash GC player currently sits in 20th place in this season’s LIV Golf individual list, with Fireballs GC captain Garcia all the way up in fourth.
Along with their tournament at Bent Tree Country Club in Dallas, US Open qualifying also took place at Tarao Country Club and Walton Heath Golf Club in Japan and England respectively.
And the remaining qualifying spots for Oakmont will be decided across 10 sites early next month, with the major then getting underway in mid-June.
There was, however, good news for two LIV Golf players regarding the major tournament after the conclusion of the PGA Championship.
Both Tyrrell Hatton and Patrick Reed secured spots for the US Open given their places within the top 60 of the world rankings.
