LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau has shared who he thinks is the greatest golfer of all time.
The 30-year-old is set to compete for the U.S. Open at Pinehurst No.2 this week, looking to build on his impressive performance at last month’s PGA Championship.
When it comes to the GOATs of the sport, Tiger Woods, Ben Hogan, Bobby Jones, Jack Nicklaus, Arnold Palmer, and Gary Player tend to be the names that frequently emerge.
And DeChambeau has had his say on who he believes was the greatest to ever do it.

Speaking on his latest YouTube video, DeChambeau spoke of his admiration for Hogan and Jones.
“Sam Sneed, obviously Ben Hogan. My favourite Bobby Jones. Ben Hogan’s the best, man.”
However, the 2020 U.S. Open champion was clear in his view of the best to ever do it.
He added: “If I am being dead honest, for the span of time, not his whole lifetime but the span of time, Tiger was the greatest to ever play the game.
“Bobby Jones was the one who initiated it; obviously, he had completely different clubs; with our technology, you never know how he’s going to do. Jack Nicklaus, for his career, was the best. So I look at it that way.”
Nobody will ever come close to Tiger Woods’ prime

The results Scottie Scheffler is regularly posting right now are Tiger-esque but still nothing like what we witnessed in the mid-2000s.
Woods would produce the right shot at precisely the right moment, whether that be a booming sliced three-wood from 270 yards or a clutch putt.
There was an excitement and aura around the 15-time major champion’s performances that simply won’t be replicated.
If injuries and personal issues hadn’t come to the fore, Nicklaus’ record would’ve been broken a long time ago.
Of course, objectively, The Golden Bear is the most successful golfer of all time, but there’s no doubting Woods’ standing as the best to ever do it.
