Shane Lowry was absolutely seething with anger after he finished his third round of The Masters at Augusta National on Saturday.
Saturday at The Masters was truly spectacular, but Shane Lowry felt extremely low after walking off the 18th green.
The Irishman finished with a round of level-par 72, after two majorly disappointing bogies on the 17th and 18th holes.
Don’t be fooled by its mesmeric beauty – Augusta National can be unforgiving at times.

Lowry found that out the hard way on Saturday.
Butch Harmon actually tipped Shane Lowry to win The Masters before the 38-year-old began his round on Saturday.
However, after Lowry’s poor finish, he almost has no chance of doing that now.
Angry Shane Lowry calls for change to be made after round three at The Masters
Lowry looked like a defeated man after walking off the course on Saturday.
And his usual bubbly and bright demeanour was absent in the press centre.
Lowry said:
“Yeah, a lot of pain, especially those last two holes. I enjoyed every bit of today and then I hit that putt on 17 and I couldn’t believe it. I thought I did great holing one back and then just hit a very poor tee shot on 18.
“I’m going to go and — we talk about Collin Morikawa a few weeks ago. I think we need time. I think I need a half an hour now to sit there and gather my thoughts. I can’t be coming to talk to you guys straightaway. It shouldn’t be happening. I don’t agree with it.

“Tennis players have to talk to the media, but they have a half an hour or hour before they have to do it. I feel like we should have the same thing. That’s how I feel. I’m probably going to say something stupid. I probably already have said something stupid because I’m p—– off right now. I’m just going to leave, okay?“
Poor old Shane – he really did seem very down after finishing bogey-bogey to card a 72, and subsequently shooting himself out of contention to win his second Major Championship.
Should Shane Lowry and co be obligated to speak to the media after rounds
It’s easy to understand his point, but let’s get real here.
These guys are paid enormous amounts of money, and their behaviour after playing poorly really can be rather childish at times.
Shane Lowry is an absolutely wonderful human being 99.9% of the time, and his actions after The Masters on Saturday were completely out of character.
He will have to come out on Sunday and forget all about his finish on day three, otherwise it will eat him up inside for some time still to come.
The bottom line is that these professional golfers do owe the fans and the sponsors something, and refusing to speak after their rounds is poor form.
