Camiral (formerly PGA Catalunya) is the latest golf course to receive the honour of hosting the Ryder Cup.
It was announced a long time ago that the 2027 Ryder Cup would take place at Adare Manor in Ireland, but the location of the 2031 edition had not been decided.
The wait is now over, as it has been confirmed that the Ryder Cup will return to Spain for the first time since 1997.
And there is more good news for golf fans around the world – they can play the course where the likes of Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy will compete for the Ryder Cup trophy.
The Golfing Gazette tells you how much it costs to play Camiral, as well as other important information.
Courses at Camiral
There are two championship golf courses at Camiral.
The most challenging is the Stadium Course, where the 2031 Ryder Cup will be played. It has also held the Spanish Open in 2005, 2009, and 2014. The course is a par 72 and plays 7,141 yards (6,530 meters).
The Tour Course is an excellent alternative as it’s equally scenic but much less difficult. It is also a par 72 but plays 6,411 yards (5,863 meters).

How much does it cost to play at Camiral?
Camiral is open to the public, but there are some lenient handicap requirements on the Stadium Course. Male players must have a handicap of 28 or better, and women must play off 36 or better.
Prices vary depending on the course and time of year. 18 holes on the Stadium Course costs around €140 ($164) in Winter and €160 ($187) in the summer.
A round on the Tour Course costs about €100 ($117) throughout the year.
These prices are not set in stone, as it is possible to find deals online, including packages that include accommodation and other amenities.

Membership at Camiral
It is possible to become a member of Camiral. There are two options available: Right-of-Play Membership (single player) and Corporate Membership (four people).
The cost of these memberships is not public knowledge, but those interested can register their interest here.
