BMW Championship expert picks
The Golfing Gazette writers have made their predictions for the winner of the BMW Championship this week.
Jordan Harris: Rory McIlroy finished fourth the last time the BMW Championship was held at Caves Valley. With the Northern Irishman well rested, he stands a fantastic chance of joining Scottie Scheffler on four wins this year.
James Shearman: Akshay Bhatia has been in good form lately, with a top-10 finish at the St Jude Championship and a T30 at The Open a few weeks prior. He also has a decent chance to make the USA Ryder Cup team if he wins at Caves Valley.
Peter Lynch: It’s boring, but I really can’t see beyond Scottie Scheffler for this one. He came very close last week and looks certain to pose a real challenge this time around.
