Everyone who follows the game of golf is instantly more excited when Tiger Woods is playing an event and the 15-time major winner has now confirmed when he’ll next be in action.
Woods missed out on playing in the Genesis Invitational a few weeks back as his injury rehab and the sad passing of his mother robbed him of a chance to get out there.
However, Woods has been playing in the TGL and is keen to play more events this year.
Woods will not be teeing it up in the Arnold Palmer Invitational, with all eyes on the 49-year-old making a proper return to big events at The Players.
But for now, Woods’ next outing has been confirmed, and it’s going to be in the next 48 hours.

Tiger Woods to play in the Seminole Pro-Member tournament
While not a return to the PGA Tour and not a four-day event, Woods is going to make his return to the golf course this week.
Woods will play in the Seminole Pro-Member tournament on Monday 3rd March in what should give a good glimpse into where his game is at.
The 15-time major winner will play alongside PGA of America CEO Steve Waugh, while a host of other big names such as Rory McIlroy, Collin Morikawa and US Ryder Cup captain Keegan Bradley, all teeing it up.
Previous winners of the Seminole Pro-Member tournament
As with any tournament the pros play in, they’ll want to win and Tiger Woods will be no different as he tees it up this week.
Last year saw Mackenzie Hughes win out in the gross score, while Erik van Rooyen won with his partners in the net score side of things.
Other previous winners of the event include Patrick Cantlay, Rory McIlroy and quite remarkably, Rickie Fowler has won three without ever winning one of golf’s actual majors.
With big names competing in the 2025 edition, it will be interesting to see if form from the PGA Tour events translates to a less pressured environment.
