Scottie Scheffler’s Tour Championship victory at East Lake rounded off one of the greatest individual seasons in golf history.
Scheffler had already won multiple events, including The Masters and The Players Championship, and earned almost $30 million in prize money.
Regardless of his performance at the Tour Championship, he would have been remembered as the best player on the PGA Tour this year by a wide margin.
However, the world number one was still determined to make the most of his Starting Strokes advantage at East Lake and take home the FedEx Cup trophy.
Having started on 10-under par, he finished on a remarkable score of -30, four shots ahead of runner-up Collin Morikawa.
The Golfing Gazette looks at Scheffler’s total earnings on the PGA Tour in the 2024 season.

Scottie Scheffler prize money 2024
Scheffler won $25 million for his victory at the Tour Championship. This took his total for the 2024 season to an astonishing $62,228,357.
The majority was earned via winning tournaments, though some of it came through finishing lower down the leaderboard.
It also includes $8m for finishing first in the Comcast Business Tour Top 10 – a reward for the top 10 players in the FedEx Cup regular season standings.
This means that Scheffler earned approximately $3.3m per tournament, $830,000 per round and $12,000 per shot this year.
And, these figures do not take into consideration the money he will have received from sponsorship and endorsement deals.
