Saquon Barkley has just won Super Bowl LIX with the Philadelphia Eagles, but he is already setting his sights on impressing on the golf course, which has caught the eye of Bryson DeChambeau.

Barkley helped the Philadelphia Eagles beat the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 in the Super Bowl, which took place at the Caesars Superdome in New Orleans.

DeChambeau meanwhile is currently in Australia for LIV Golf Adelaide, having only just taken on LIV Golf Riyadh.

LIV Golf star DeChambeau has been practising his driving ahead of his next tournament, having finished T6 in Riyadh.

Adrian Meronk triumphed as Legion XIII won the team event, with DeChambeau’s Crushers GC finishing fourth.

The 2024 US Open winner has, however, taken time out of his busy schedule to send an invite the way of Super Bowl champion Barkley.

Posting on X, Barkley wrote: “If I don’t break 80 this offseason… I gotta give up the game,” with DeChambeau responding: “How about we just Break 50 together.”

The latter was, of course, referring to his ongoing challenge whereby he collaborates with high-profile names in a bid to complete an 18-hole round in fewer than 50 strokes.

Bob Does Sports, who have previously taken on the challenge, also responded to Barkley, writing on X: “Let’s make it happen big dog, we’ve got a spot for you.”

TGL, the innovative competition launched by Tiger Woods and Rory McIlroy in Florida, meanwhile reacted with the message: “Come through, we have a few good coaches out here.”

NFL icons have already taken on DeChambeau’s Break 50 challenge, with legendary figures Tom Brady and Tony Romo having previously featured on the golfer’s YouTube channel.

Social media personalities Grant Horvat and Paige Spiranac have also taken on the challenge, along with US President Donald Trump.

DeChambeau’s fellow professional golfers and fellow LIV Golf stars Sergio Garcia and Phil Mickelson are others who have tried to break 50, with LIV Golf also issuing a response to Barkley.

It is just one of many exciting and entertaining ideas that the current US Open champion has undertaken on social media.

DeChambeau recently successfully attempted to hit a hole-in-one over his house, with his current YouTube subscriber count sitting at 1.71 million.

And it seems that recent Super Bowl victor Barkley could be involved in his next video, although he may need a little more time to celebrate his latest success.
