Padraig Harrington gained global recognition for his superb feats earlier in his career, with his voice still well-respected on the PGA Tour and further afield.
Harrington has been helping golfers in the latter stages of his career, although he is still focused on his own success.
Three-time major winner Harrington is in the field for the Mexico Championship this week, the latest tournament in the PGA Tour calendar.
The Irishman, now 53, won The Open Championship in 2007, before defending his title in 2008 along with clinching the PGA Championship title.
He has now been on the scene for around 30 years, and will undoubtedly continue to be vocal about the big issues of the game for many years to come.

Padraig Harrington names Allen Doyle as the best ball-striker of all time
For example, Harrington said Americans being paid at the Ryder Cup is ‘bad publicity’, but the Irishman has now shared a much more positive verdict on US golf.
Discussing the Walker Cup on The Cookie Jar Golf Podcast, Harrington said: “In hindsight the US team always delivers the stars of the future.
“It is incredible how it really does deliver the stars the US team. Strangely enough the star for me in 1991 was Allen Doyle.
“I have never seen anyone hit the golf ball as well as him. To this day it was just the pureness of his ball striking.
“He had a really funky swing Allen Doyle. He turned pro when he was 50 and won some Champions Tour events.

“He learnt how to swing in his garage so he couldn’t make a big backswing because the roof was in the way.
“But it’s phenomenal. This guy is as good a ball striker as you have ever come across. Middle of the club face every time.
“And remember he had a funky swing, so to try and beat somebody with a funky swing who you underestimate is so hard. You think it is going to go wrong but it didn’t.”
What is Allen Doyle’s PGA Tour Champions record?
Doyle never won on the PGA Tour, but has managed to twice triumph at the U.S. Senior Open Championship.
The American veteran has a total of 11 PGA Tour Champions wins to his name, having joined the tour in 1998.
Those successes came in 2005 and 2006, and arrived after his victories 1999 PGA Seniors’ Championship and 2001 Ford Senior Players Championship titles.
Harrington got a particularly good look at Doyle at the 1991 Walker Cup, with the biennial event involving 10-man amateur teams from Great Britain & Ireland and the USA.
The Irishman lost in foursomes with Paul McGinley to Doyle and Jay Sigel that year, when the USA beat the hosts 14-10 at Portmarnock Golf Club in Ireland.
