Min Woo Lee has finally joined the PGA Tour champions list, with the Australian clinching the Houston Open title.
Lee held off Scottie Scheffler and Gary Woodland for his maiden PGA Tour win, with the American duo tying for second in Texas.
He finished on 20-under at Memorial Park Golf Course, although Lee admitted he hit an unacceptable shot in his final round.
But despite the mishap he emerged victorious on his seventh start of the season at the Houston Open, moving ahead of his sister Minjee Lee in that regard with the win.
Minjee is yet to win from her four starts on the LPGA Tour in 2025, although she does already boast 10 career titles.

Min Woo Lee thinks his sister Minjee Lee would beat him in a match
Moreover, Minjee is a two-time major champion, with Min Woo Lee undoubtedly factoring that in when asked in his latest press conference who would win a match between the pair.
“My sister and I, I think if we play from the same tees I’ll smoke her because I hit it very far, but if she played from her tees and I played from mine, it would be pretty close,” he said.
“I think she’s got the long putter in now so she can putt and she’s doing really good over the last couple of months putting.
“Over the long run I think she might beat me. She’s a robot. She probably would have hit 19 fairways out of 18 fairways today because she’s a robot.
“She’s very straightforward and she’s very… she controls the ball so well. Over time she’ll probably win, but if there was a little short sprint I might win.”
How has Houston Open champion Min Woo Lee done in 2025 so far?
Min Woo Lee thinks he and Minjee are ‘complete opposites’, but they did make history together last summer.
The Australian duo became the first siblings to compete for their nation in Olympic golf, having taken part in the 2024 Paris event.
Two years older than her brother, 28-year-old Minjee is still going strong on the LPGA Tour this season despite no wins just yet.
She finished second in her most recent tournament, with T11, T28 and T4 finishes also going her way so far.

Min Woo Lee meanwhile has endured somewhat of a roller coaster campaign thus far, but his patience has now paid dividends.

His maiden win does, of course, come at the perfect time, with the Masters rapidly approaching in the PGA Tour schedule.
As ever, Augusta National plays host to the iconic major championship, with Lee certain to be full of confidence going into the tournament.
