The golfing world has been brought to a standstill inside the first 12 days of 2026 following the announcement that Brooks Koepka has returned to the PGA Tour.
LIV Golf suffered one of their biggest setbacks yet in December, with the announcement that Brooks Koepka had left the league ahead of the final year of his contract.
The year is 2030, where will Bryson DeChambeau be?
LIV Golf, the PGA Tour or on YouTube permanently…
The PGA Tour has now announced that Koepka will make his return at the Farmers Insurance Open. But Brian Rolapp did not stop there.
LIV Golf may be facing a fight to keep their top stars
The Returning Member Program was unveiled by the PGA Tour CEO.
It was revealed that those who have won a major or The Players Championship since the start of the 2022 season will have the opportunity to make the same decision as Koepka with the same terms in place.

However, the door will only remain open until February 2nd.
That means that all eyes are now on Cameron Smith, Jon Rahm, and Bryson DeChambeau to see whether they look to secure their LIV exits.
It remains to be seen what they decide. But LIV Golf has now issued a statement in which they have insisted that they remain dedicated to growing the game and are still open to allowing players to move between tours.
Jon Rahm and Bryson DeChambeau have serious food for thought
It is going to be fascinating to see what the next moves are for Smith, Rahm, and DeChambeau.
Smith appears to be very happy on LIV. Australia has definitely taken to the league, with Rory McIlroy even praising the Adelaide event. So he is surely the most likely name to stay put.
DeChambeau has found real success in a number of ways over the last few years. So again, it would be no surprise to see him play out the final year of his contract and assess his situation again then.
Brian Rolapp gives you the opportunity to make one change to the PGA Tour, what are you doing?
What is top of your agenda?
Rahm may be the player giving the offer the most thought. He was the last superstar to join LIV after previously pledging his allegiance to the PGA Tour.
If he hoped that the game would come back together by now, he will surely be disappointed about how the landscape currently looks.
At the very least, the Spaniard will surely be giving some serious consideration to what it would take to get out of his contract with LIV.
