Jon Rahm will play alongside his fellow Spaniard and Dean Burmester in the final group on Sunday at LIV Golf Chicago.
Rahm is looking for his first win of the season on LIV, amazingly, and playing in Chicago might just get the juices flowing for the Spaniard, after he won there last year.
The 30-year-old has been incredibly consistent this season, with his worst finish all year on LIV a tie for 11th.
Rahm made a solid start to LIV Chicago as he looks to hunt down Joaquin Niemann in the race to be crowned LIV Golf champion for 2025.
And he heads into the final round alongside Ballester on seven-under par, trailing Burmester by two strokes.
Rahm knows his fellow Arizona State graduate Ballester very well, so it should be a good group for the two Spaniards.
Jon Rahm on playing in the final group with Jose Ballester and Dean Burmester at LIV Chicago
Rahm will tee it up in the Windy City on Sunday looking to end his 11-month wait for a win on LIV.

He was asked by reporters what he feels about playing alongside Ballester on day three in Chicago.
And the two-time major champion predicted something that will almost certainly happen in the final group.
He said: “I spent some time with him in Arizona. Not as much as you would think for somebody that’s been at ASU for four years like him, but I’m well aware of his abilities and his game.
“I’m fully aware that tomorrow I’m probably going to be by far the shortest in the group, which doesn’t happen often, but you have two guys that have 190 plus ball speed whenever they need to. Luckily I know what to expect, and I know that’s just going to be what happens.
“It’s just in a weird way a good feeling, a good sense, because I played with Sergio on Sunday last year and was able to get the win, so hopefully it repeats itself where I play with another Spaniard and I get the win as well.
“Besides all that, just happy that he’s doing this well this early, and hoping nothing but the best for him tomorrow, and hopefully we all have a fun day and give a good show for the viewers.“
Rahm is absolutely spot on there. Ballester and Burmester are two of the longest hitters in the game, although Rahm is no slouch off the tee and usually cruises mid-180s ball speeds.
It will be interesting to see who is actually the longest hitter in the group on Sunday.
Rahm has the upper hand on Ballester and Burmester at LIV Chicago
While Ballester and Burmester may be able to generate 5 mph extra ball speed than Rahm, it is the latter who has the most experience in winning golf tournaments.
The 30-year-old has two major championships, two LIV Golf titles and 11 PGA Tour wins to his name.
Meanwhile, Burmester has only won once on LIV, although he does have four DP World Tour titles under his belt.
Ballester only recently turned professional, so he is looking for his first win.
Rahm undoubtedly has a certain kind of intimidation factor, and his two playing partners on Sunday will be well aware of his ability to turn up and dominate from the very first hole.
While Burmester holds the lead and with Ballester playing some exceptional golf, it is still Rahm who will be the favourite to go on and win LIV Golf Chicago on Sunday.
