Tommy Fleetwood has admitted that he has one club which came straight from the bag of Tiger Woods after recently filming with TaylorMade.
Tommy Fleetwood recently returned to the winners’ circle with victory at the Dubai Invitational, making a birdie on the last to pip Rory McIlroy to the title.
But of course, one player remains the hero for so many across the game.

With Fleetwood linking up with TaylorMade back in 2021, the Englishman has had the opportunity to work alongside Tiger Woods, who started working with the brand in 2017 after Nike stopped manufacturing equipment.
And it seems that Fleetwood saw an opportunity too good to turn down when he was recently filming for TaylorMade.
Speaking to Rick Shiels about what is in his bag, Fleetwood noted that one of the clubs he has came from the 15-time major champion – though he may actually not be aware.
“I’ve got two MG4 60 degrees in the bag. So this would be the one that I’m likely to use. I got back from TaylorMade filming and while I was there, Tiger was obviously there hitting balls and I saw a TW wedge in his bag. I didn’t steal it, but I just commandeered it,” he said.
“I did it, but asked for permission off the TaylorMade guys and they made it to my specs so that’s actually Tiger’s wedge that was in his bag so I kept it in there.”
15-time major champion remains the hero for most
In truth, Woods probably did not notice the wedge leaving his bag. Despite coming towards the end of his career, the 48-year-old remains the biggest name in the sport. And TaylorMade will undoubtedly make sure that he has every club he could possibly want available to him.
Fleetwood did what any golf fan would have done in that situation. If there is a chance to take a golf club from the bag of Tiger Woods, you have little choice.
It just shows that no matter how little Woods plays now, he remains the man in the eyes of so many within the sport.
