The Hong Kong Open is in full swing as the Asia Tour continues on and Anthony Kim looks to be fully enjoying himself out on the golf course.
Kim is among a number of high profile names in the field and the rewards on offer are high.
A place in both The Open and The Masters is on offer for the winner, with Tom McKibbin among those making the early running.

However, Anthony Kim is also not completely out of things either as he looks to put his wretched season on the LIV tour behind him.
Anthony Kim produces his best 36-hole comeback since returning to golf
For Anthony Kim, the opportunity to simply be playing professional golf again seems to be something he has really embraced.
Yes, the results he’s had on LIV have hardly been anything to write home about.
But after making sure he is part of the International Series these last few weeks, Kim seems to be getting his rewards at the Hong Kong Open.

After 36 holes, Kim is five-under par after consecutive rounds of 68 and 67.
The American is still some ten shots back of McKibbin at the top of the leaderboard but crucially, it is a made cut for him and a chance to compete at the weekend.
With players currently inside the top 20 around the eight under par mark, there’s a real chance for Kim to produce something solid in the third round and propel himself among those names.
Anthony Kim claims he’s hitting the golf ball better than before
Kim is clearly trying to cling onto his golf career now he has got it back, albeit there is no word on if he will return to LIV Golf as yet.
Playing the International Series and Asia Tour will do him no harm though and he admitted after round two that he’s hitting the ball extremely well.
“It’s the best I’ve hit the ball since coming back,” said after his second round performance. “I just haven’t got the ball in the hole. I definitely finally see the work I’m doing. I’m excited.
“I wish I’d have scored a little bit better but hopefully I make it to the weekend and get another couple days. It’s only been two days but I hit the ball really well. It’s coming along.”
With Kim looking back to somewhere near his best, it will be interesting to see if he maintains it.
Furthermore, his future in general is of interest, with LIV Golf clearly looking to shake things up a touch ahead of the 2026 season.
