Tiger Woods will tee it up at the PGA Championship next week as he looks to fight his way around another four days of golf.

Woods made the cut at The Masters last month but in the end, limped over the line to finish last of the players to make the weekend.

The 15-time major winner remains one of the biggest draws on the PGA Tour and while he’s not played at The Wells Fargo this week, he is teeing it up next week at Valhalla at The PGA Championship.

Of course, Woods simply being there will bring more suspense and excitement to the tournament and any golf fan who says they don’t want Tiger to compete and do well is probably lying.

Naturally, not playing at Quail Hollow this weekend gives Woods the chance to hone his craft and get dialled in ahead of next week.

With that, it looks like Woods has been doing just that after video footage spread on social media of him taking to the range at Valhalla.

And to nobodies surprise, the sight of Woods on the range has got golf fans talking. Albeit, it doesn’t look like everyone is too impressed or encouraged by what Tiger is displaying.

Golf fans unconvinced after seeing Tiger Woods on the range at Valhalla

One of the most painful things for any golf fan to sit through these days is the sight of the great Woods struggling to get around the course.

Woods’ injuries have wrecked the latter years of his career really and while his swing normally looks ok, it’s hard to disagree with the fans noting he is looking a bit stiff at Valhalla.

Another user on X, @calds1209 agreed with the above assessment as well.

“He looks stiff as”

Another fan, @bcampbell5256 commented on Woods’ movement as well, saying “Looks to be moving terrible”

There was also comments on his body in general, with one user admitting their surprise at Woods even getting around Augusta for 72 holes.

While another user agreed with the notion of Woods’ troubles, suggesting people need to realise it’s just not going to happen again when it comes to winning.

Woods, then, will be hoping to prove this sort of attitude wrong.

But as always, the proof will be in the pudding when it comes to Woods and his performance around Valhalla.
