Charley Hull and Jeeno Thitikul played out a thrilling battle at the Kroger Queen City Championship, with the English star coming out on top.
Hull claimed the Kroger Queen City Championship by one shot over Thitikul, securing her first win of the 2025 season.
She’s now a three-time champion on the LPGA Tour, holding her nerve to triumph at TPC River’s Bend in Ohio.
Thitikul, the number one ranked player in the world, held a one-shot lead over Hull arriving at the par-five 18th.
But the Thai star fluffed her lines and four-putted, with Hull sinking her birdie putt to clinch the trophy in dramatic fashion.

Charley Hull messages Jeeno Thitikul after Kroger Queen City Championship drama
English ace Hull has now shared her reaction to the victory on social media, writing on Instagram: “What a week.
“My 3rd LPGA win and feels even sweeter after the last few months. Was fun going head-to-head with Jeeno – a class act and kept me chasing till the very end.
“Glad I could hang in there and get it done. Thanks for all the messages and support, means a lot.”
Charley Hull helps maintain remarkable LPGA Tour record
It truly was remarkable drama at TPC River’s Bend, which coincided with the Procore Championship on the PGA Tour.
In Napa, it was world number one Scottie Scheffler who lifted the trophy, claiming his sixth win of the season.
But the LPGA Tour has witnessed the opposite of such dominance this season, with Hull representing the 25th different winner in 2025.
The victory extends a streak that has now lasted 24 tournaments, starting with the Hilton Grand Vacations Tournament of Champions at the start of the season.
Thitikul had a fine chance to bring that fascinating streak to an end, having triumphed at the Mizuho Americas Open earlier this season.
And while she had another week to be proud of, the five-time LPGA Tour champion will likely be ruing that nightmare final round collapse for some time.
