Bryson DeChambeau is still on cloud nine after winning the US Open last weekend.
The American has had a pretty non-stop week of celebrating and media obligations to get through and in the main, has kept super positive with his demeanour.
Of course, the focus for DeChambeau is now back on golf and he’s over at LIV Nashville this week trying to register another win on the LIV tour.
DeChambeau is currently sitting at four under par, just three off the lead and is well within range of winning yet another event.

However, amid the focus on playing in Nashville, the noise around his US Open win is still there.
And DeChambeau has admitted that up to now, he’s not really had the time to fully process and absorb everything from Pinehurst.

Bryson DeChambeau shares the only moment he’s had to reflect properly on his US Open win
Speaking in his press conference around round one of the LIV Nashville even this weekend, DeChambeau was asked whether he’s really had time to soak everything in from winning the US Open.
“There was a moment a couple of nights ago where I was sitting in my room and I had the trophy there and I got sent a picture of my Dad, myself, and my brother Garrett. And my Mom’s in town here too,” DeChambeau said.
“So just getting that sense of feeling from that individual that texted me in that moment, those 10 minutes, I started to lose it a little bit but then I had to go to a dinner like 10 minutes later, so I had to clean myself up.
“So, I haven’t let it out yet but I’m sure at some point this week, maybe Sunday night, I don’t know, but it will be a special moment.”
As it stands, DeChambeau is one of the top stars in golf.
Over in Nashville, the crowds have turned out in force to see him and LIV higher-ups will be delighted with what they’re seeing.
Of course, things will come back down to earth for DeChambeau at some point and he does recognised that here.
However, while he’s playing so well and riding the wave, he simply needs to keep it going and if he can win in Nashville just a week on from Pinehurst, then it will cap a truly remarkable week.
