Speaking in an interview for Golf.com, DeChambeau has shared exactly what he finds the very best thing about golf.
“My favourite part of golf?
“I would say…waking up every day and it’s a new journey for me. It’s a new opportunity. It’s a new day to try and get better. There’s never any point where, unless you’re Tiger 2000, you’re like ‘I’ve got it’.
“You can always do better. That’s why I love golf. It’s the pursuit of perfection but knowing we can’t achieve perfection we will achieve excellence along the way.”
Clearly, then, DeChambeau simply loves the game and the grind above all else.
Every golfer in the world aspires to get better no matter the handicap and level they play at.
