Taking to his personal Instagram to offer up his reaction to the partnership, DeChambeau simply posted three words in response.
DeChambeau has expanded further on the partnership to the golf media, saying:
“I’m incredibly excited to be partnering with Reebok Golf as their lead man. They’re not afraid of being a little bit irreverent, and I think that’s the cool piece about it. We’re looking to do something a little different in the golf market and modernise it.”
Who else have Reebok partnered with in golf and sport?
The most famous of all when it comes to golf is the legendary and controversial Greg Norman.
The LIV Golf CEO was one of Reebok’s major players back in the early 90s as he dominated the golfing landscape along with the likes of Nick Faldo and more.
Of course, Reebok has also been involved in a big way with some other major sporting stars through the years.

In the basketball world, Reebok sponsored the legendary Allan Iverson throughout his career, while they also partner with current WNBA star, Angel Reese, while Shaquille O’Neal is also their president of basketball.
Furthermore, they’ve also had links with the likes of Ryan Giggs (soccer) and TJ Watt (football)
The brand will be hoping that DeChambeau can propel them back into golf with a bang as the likes of Nike and Adidas continue to dominate.
