Brooks Koepka is one of the biggest names who decided to leave the PGA Tour and join LIV Golf in recent seasons.
The five-time major champion made the controversial move in June 2022 and won his first event in Jeddah only four months later.
Koepka is still allowed to compete in the major championships, including next week’s Masters Tournament, but hasn’t participated in a regular PGA Tour event in a long time.
He recently named two which he would love to take part in again despite his allegiance to LIV Golf.

Brooks Koepka wants to play two PGA Tour events
The possibility of a merger between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf has been talked about for quite some time now, yet it doesn’t appear any closer to happening.
Koepka is clearly someone who would like an agreement to be reached so that he can take part in two of his favorite events again.
Koepka told The Times: “I still have a good relationship with everybody there. There’s a lot of ‘what-ifs,’ but I’d be open to playing certain [PGA Tour] events.”
“Like I love Phoenix [Open, in Arizona]. The Cognizant Classic, because it’s my hometown. I’d love to play Dunhill [on the DP World Tour], but if we can’t, that’s OK. I’ve made my decision.
“I think each year at LIV has got better. And that should be the goal, right?”
While there may be some debate over whether LIV players should be allowed to make PGA Tour returns, it would certainly make for more entertaining competition if Koepka and Co. were in fields with Scottie Scheffler and Rory McIlroy.

How many PGA Tour events has Brooks Koepka won?
Koepka has made a name for himself as one of the most clutch players in professional golf, with an exceptional major record.
The 34-year-old has won two US Opens and three PGA Championships, with several top 10 finishes at the Open Championship and Masters, too.
Brooks Koepka’s PGA Tour wins (excluding majors)
2015 WM Phoenix Open
2018 CJ Cup
2019 FedEx St. Jude Invitational
2021 WM Phoenix Open
What isn’t so impressive about Koepka’s career to date is his lack of PGA Tour wins. Of course, any golfer would rather turn up for the majors, but, surprisingly, he’s only won four other Tour events.
His first victory came at the 2015 Phoenix Open, which he won again six years later. He does not have a Cognizant Classic title on his resume, despite naming the tournament as one he enjoys.
