Scottie Scheffler will likely still want to improve his putting, but he has come on leaps and bounds in that area in recent times.
Scheffler has been backed to win The Open Championship, which takes place at Royal Portrush this week.
He enters the major championship with three PGA Tour wins to his name this season, including a victory at the PGA Championship.
But Scheffler endured putting woes at the Scottish Open last week, where the world number one finished T8.
That area of his game will now likely be worked on with his putting coach Phil Kenyon, who has completely turned around Scheffler’s fortunes on the greens.

Scottie Scheffler’s coach tells amateur golfers how to become better putters
Scheffler has switched from his trusted blade to a mallet-style putter under Kenyon, who has also changed the player’s grip, along with boosting his confidence and improving his green reading skills.
And the Englishman has now shared insight into his methods, telling BBC Sport how amateur golfers can putt like professionals.
He explained: “You’ve got three skills to master. Starting the ball on the right line. Controlling the speed. Reading the green.
“And there are a variety of techniques you can use within each skill. With all of them it’s about trying to find the right technique for you, what matches you as a person, your personality.”

Phil Kenyon says how coaching Rory McIlroy has helped him with Scottie Scheffler
Kenyon has enjoyed phenomenal success in his career so far, with the small matter of the Golden Slam among his achievements.
He’s coached players to all four major championships and an Olympic gold medal, having worked with the likes of Henrik Stenson, Francesco Molinari, Matt Fitzpatrick and Gary Woodland and Justin Rose among others.
Iconic figure Rory McIlroy is another name on that star-studded list, who Kenyon worked with after the 2016 Olympics.
He said of their time together: “I felt like I did a decent job of improving him technically over that period of time but he felt the need to find other things. In hindsight, some things I would have done differently.
“But I’m glad I didn’t. You learn from it and I became a better coach because of it. There are things that I learned through that experience with Rory that have helped me with Scottie.”
