After a simply remarkable Friday in Louisville, moving day is now upon us as the best players on the planet look to place themselves firmly in contention ahead of Sunday’s final round.
Xander Schauffele is still leading the way after carding a three-under-par 68 – and here’s all you need to know ahead of Saturday at Valhalla.

Key storylines to follow on day three of the PGA Championship
Scottie Scheffler firmly in contention after remarkable Friday
Scottie Scheffler was the main talking point on Friday after being booked by the police in the build-up to his second round.
The American saw his start time pushed back, and there were genuine doubts over his participation continuing.
Unsurprisingly, the 27-year-old was calm as ever on Valhalla’s lush fairways and posted a five-under 66 to sit T4 on nine-under-par.
The two-time Masters champion is ominously placed ahead of the weekend.
Bryson DeChambeau goes low at Valhalla
LIV Golf star Bryson DeChambeau carded a six-under 65 and sits just three shots adrift of Schauffele.
The 2020 U.S. Open champion was spotted working on the range late into the evening as he looks to land his second major.
He appears well-suited to the Louisville venue and could be LIV’s best chance of lifting the Wanamaker trophy on Sunday evening.
Collin Morikawa puts the heat on Schauffele
Another eye-catching round came from Collin Morikawa, who also posted a six-under 65.
The two-time major winner sits one shot adrift of Schauffele and will play alongside his compatriot in Saturday’s final grouping.
The 27-year-old’s performance in majors has been mightily impressive, and he’s certainly one to keep an eye on heading into the PGA Championship’s final two rounds.
