Keegan Bradley has some big decisions on the horizon ahead of the Ryder Cup, but one thing is completely out of his control, and it could cause him a major problem.

Bradley already has a headache regarding whether or not he should pick himself for the Ryder Cup team.

The majority of top American players are expected to tell Bradley that they want him on the Ryder Cup team.

He has played really well this season on the whole, with his highlight of 2025 coming when he won the Travelers Championship in June.

However, Bradley’s form has dipped ahead of the Ryder Cup, and that will be a big concern for the Americans.

However, Bradley’s own form might not be his biggest headache with the Ryder Cup now just six weeks away.

Tommy Fleetwood could hand Keegan Bradley a Ryder Cup headache

In Memphis this week, Tommy Fleetwood has been in imperious form.

Fleetwood’s game is in fine shape after his second round 64 at the FedEx St Jude Championship, and he is looking for his first win on the PGA Tour in his 162nd start.

The 34-year-old Englishman is one of the game’s best players, and his ability deserves a win at TPC Southwind this week.

Fleetwood is a premier ball-striker and if he finds a way to putt better more consistently, he will become a regular winner on the PGA Tour.

If he gets the job done in Memphis this week, it will be really bad news for Bradley and the US Ryder Cup team.

The European team is already shaping up nicely right now, ahead of the showdown at Bethpage Black.

However, a Fleetwood full of confidence following a recent win would make Luke Donald’s team even more formidable.

As mentioned before, he is one of the game’s best and most consistent players. He possesses a fantastic record at the Ryder Cup.

With a win at the FedEx St. Jude Championship, Fleetwood could be unplayable up in New York State next month.

Tommy Fleetwood’s Ryder Cup record

Fleetwood has been a leading talisman for Europe over the past seven years.

His record at the three Ryder Cups he has played makes for very impressive reading.

Fleetwood will already be confident of improving on that record even further still at the Ryder Cup this year.

And if he manages to finish the job and win the FedEx St. Jude Championship this week, he will be even more of a problem for Bradley and his team at Bethpage in September.
