Brooks Koepka endured a frustrating season on LIV Golf, with his issues also extending into the major championships.
Koepka finished 31st as Jon Rahm successfully defended his LIV Golf Individual Championship title, with the American claiming just two top 10s in 2025.
Two wins helped him finish fifth overall in the 2024 season, his third successive top 10 finish on the Saudi-backed tour.
But that form wasn’t taken into the latest LIV Golf campaign, where the five-time major champion fell short time and time again.
Koepka’s frustrations reached boiling point in Dallas, although it seems that he has now come out the other end, proving many people wrong along the way.

Brooks Koepka proves many people wrong after his 2025 LIV Golf season
The 35-year-old has been very busy since the conclusion of the 2025 LIV Golf season, focusing his efforts on the DP World Tour.
He’s played at the Irish Open and the BMW PGA Championship this month, and is now set to appear for a third successive week at the Open de France.
And such commitment comes despite suggestions from many that Koepka doesn’t care about his game right now.
He is now proving them wrong, and is also deserving of praise for his determination in that regard given how his recent events have gone.
Koepka missed the cut at both the Irish Open and the BMW PGA Championship, but is keen to bounce back at Golf de Saint-Nom-La-Breteche this week.
He’ll also be eager to put his latest major championship season behind him, having missed three cuts from the four tournaments.
Brooks Koepka’s golf records speak volumes as he looks to get back to his best
Former world number one Koepka boasts a fantastic history on LIV Golf, having become the first player to win five individual events.
He reached that milestone at The Greenbrier in 2024, having also become the first player to win a major championship while being active on LIV Golf.
| Year | Tournament | Score | Margin | Runner(s)-up |
| 2017 | US Open | −16 (67-70-68-67=272) | 4 strokes | Brian Harman, Hideki Matsuyama |
| 2018 | US Open | +1 (75-66-72-68=281) | 1 stroke | Tommy Fleetwood |
| 2018 | PGA Championship | −16 (69-63-66-66=264) | 2 strokes | Tiger Woods |
| 2019 | PGA Championship | −8 (63-65-70-74=272) | 2 strokes | Dustin Johnson |
| 2023 | PGA Championship | −9 (72-66-66-67=271) | 2 strokes | Scottie Scheffler, Viktor Hovland |
That success arrived at the 2023 PGA Championship, the most recent of his five major championship titles.
He’s clinched that trophy on three occasions, with the American having also won the US Open on two occasions.
Koepka therefore clearly has the game to beat the very best that golf has to offer, but unfortunately he is currently some way off that level.
But he deserves plenty of praise for doing his utmost to get back to his very high standards, continuing with another DP World Tour appearance this week.
It’s also fantastic for the DP World Tour itself and its followers, with the star name set to continue his run at the Alfred Dunhill Links Championship next month.
